Lesson Structure
Lessons are weekly 40-minute private sessions at my home studio. Lessons run primarily during school terms, and teaching days remain Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. There are 9 slots available per week, subject to availability:
4:30-5:10
5:10-5:50
5:50-6:30 on each of these 3 days.
Term Fees (2026)
Lessons are charged by the term, based on Victorian school term dates. As some terms are longer than others, fees vary slightly.
Term 1 is 10 weeks and costs $800.
Term 2 is 10 weeks and costs $800.
Term 3 is 10 weeks and costs $800.
Term 4 is 11 weeks and costs $880.
Payment Policy
Term fees are payable in full, upfront. Payment is cash only. Your weekly lesson time is secured once payment is received. Lessons are non-refundable, you are committing to an entire term.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
There are zero cancellations. Each student is allowed up to 2 rescheduled lessons per term. Reschedules can be for any reason (illness, unforeseen clashes etc). Make-up lessons must be at a mutually agreed time, (often Saturday mornings). Any lessons missed beyond this allowance can’t be made up or credited.
School Holiday Lessons
Lessons may be available during school holidays. These are not guaranteed, are subject to availability, and organised case by case. Holiday lessons are paid weekly and are not included as part of term fees.
You must let me know ahead of time if you or your child has any learning difficulties or additional needs (such as ADHD, autism/Asperger’s, anxiety, or other learning challenges). I absolutely welcome these students and regularly teach them, however lesson planning, pacing, and teaching strategies are often adjusted to best support their success — so a quick heads-up helps me prepare and provide the best possible experience.
